When an influencer marks your order as Complete you will be notified of the completion. We then ask the influencer to provide you with Proof of Fulfilment, a simple showcase of the ad placement, either as an image or a link.
At this stage, it is very important that you review the proof submitted and determine if the seller met all the previously set expectations. If you are happy with the outcome of your campaign, the order is considered complete.
We do ask that you take a moment to rate the influencer so that other advertisers can better gauge the quality of the collaboration you had with the influencer.
Something went wrong?
We understand that sometimes there can be miscommunication or issues during a collaborative process. In these cases, we recommend speaking with the influencer to find a solution that works for both parties.
Optionally, you can open a dispute, which the influencer will be expected to resolve in a reasonable time, with a reasonable outcome.
If this has still not resulted in an amicable outcome, we do include a way to request mediation from our team, in which case we will review the incident and help find a solution.
Campaign Survey
If the campaign went well, within a few days of delivery we will send you a request to submit a short survey with metrics of how the ad performed. Here we will ask you to provide us with a few key metrics, of how the ad performed, allowing us to better equip future advertisers with information on this influencer, and what to expect. This is called Established Metrics
