A few days post the completion of an order, as an advertiser, you will be prompted to participate in a feedback process. This involves completing a concise survey which requires you to detail:
- Traffic Generation: Quantify the amount of traffic the collaboration steered towards your brand, product, or service.
- Lead/Conversion Tracking: Indicate the number of leads or conversions that stemmed from this particular collaboration.
Why It Matters #
This feedback doesn’t just disappear into the ether. Instead, we utilize this data to:
- Aggregated Insights: The data from your survey, combined with feedback from other advertisers, is collated and made accessible on the influencer’s profile. This aggregated data paints a clearer picture of the influencer’s track record, in real-world terms, not just follower counts or likes.
- Lit Score: Going a step further, each influencer is assigned a ‘Lit Score’ based on the feedback. This handy engagement score becomes a quick reference, showing how an influencer fares in comparison to others on the platform.

While all advertisers are encouraged to contribute to the Established Metrics by filling out the survey, delving deep into the data is a privilege we’ve reserved for those with the Insights Package add-on. This package unlocks:
- Unique Insights View: Dive deeper into the aggregated data from other advertisers’ surveys on an influencer’s profile, giving you a richer perspective before initiating a collaboration.
